When you decide to come online to learn how to make money, you more than likely will be so overwhelmed with information and acronyms being tossed at you, that you really don’t have any idea of what you want to do online.
I would like to take this time to explain the difference between the two online ways of making money.
Our Power Affiliate Club is about “affiliate marketing” and has nothing to do with recruiting anyone.
I have noticed that many new people coming online do not realize there is a difference between affiliate marketing and network marketing.
Network marketing involves recruiting people into your business. You pay a fee, the people you bring in pays a fee and so on. Most of the time, network marketing has been labeled as “ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes,” which is unfair to lump all business opportunities into a category; some are good and some are bad. My advice is to do your research.
You can be an affiliate for many different online tools and software, as well as for retail stores like Amazon, Walmart, Sears, K-Mart, 1-800-Flowers and the list can go on and on.
As an affiliate marketer you sign up with what I call an “affiliate marketing processor” such as Amazon, Commission Junction, Share-A-Sale, E-Junkie and Pepperjam Network, to name a few.
You are given instructions and code to use as your referral link and when people purchase a “physical item” or a product that is used monthly like Hostgator web hosting, you receive commission on the one time sale or on the monthly fee that the person pays.
The main thing that sets the two entities apart is the fact that you are selling a physical product like books, CDs, TVs, jewelry. You can also be an affiliate to sell software or hosting or an autoresponder which can help “network marketers” or even affiliate marketers in their daily work.
I have been in affiliate marketing for quite a while and it is my preferred way of working online and I have seen the tireless hours that people work, including myself to get products out in front of the right target market (the people who want to buy your products.)
In an effort to boost morale and create income for the members of our accountability group, we have created the Power Affiliate Club. Any link for a product or business opportunity will be shown at random and each participant agrees to promote and/or put an advertising banner on their site.
You might ask why we would do this and my answer to that question would be from the wise words of Napoleon Hill;
It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.
So, during your days or nights of working online, please take a minute and look to the Power Affiliate Club site and find what you are interested in by clicking on a link which will give one of our random members a commission on whatever you have purchased.
Some ideas would be, if you are looking for:
- Web hosting
- Domain Name Register
- Business Opportunities
- Amazon – for almost anything you buy.
- Walmart – for almost anything you buy.
It breaks my heart to see so many sales commissions going directly to the company because people do not take an extra step to find an affiliate to purchase from. There are so many affiliate marketers out there working hard.
Please adopt this practice for your group or refer people to our Power Affiliate Club.
