Well now that is not a sentence that is going to spark creativity.
Creativity does not happen on demand.
There is a process, especially if your creativity is blocked. If this is the case then a really great place to start is by taking a look at your priorities.
A priority is a short term goal that you want to accomplish in an allotted time period. A priority should be a good mix of the things that you want to do and the things that you should do.
It is unrealistic to think that your entire priority list need only be filled with your desires (such as be creative while writing my award winning book) as that is not the reality of life. The reality of life includes deadlines, appointments and other things that must be taken care. However, I also caution you against filling your list exclusively with what you should do as that will not motivate you and certainly wont allow you to be creative.
